Our goal is to improve quality of life for all members of West Coast Medical Finest family. Our team is working very hard to ensure your return or exchange is processed as quickly and as painless as possible.

ALL RETURNS MUST GO THROUGH WEST COAST MEDICAL FINEST DISPATCH LINE.

COURIERS DO NOT HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO APPROVE RETURNS.

Defective

 

  • Item must be returned within 3 days from purchase to be eligible for exchange

  • Must have original packaging and product​
  • Exchange will be brought to customer at no additional costs​
  • All Exchanges will be processed and delivered within one business day of request approval.​
  • If requested item is out of stock, replacement item must be of equal or lesser value at full retail price. Excluding sale or promotional items.​

 

Our returns policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

 

Sale items

 

Sale items cannot be refunded unless defective or damaged.

 

Exchanges

 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Info@wcmfinest.org and send your driver with your replacement item to: {Delivery Address}.
